A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To The Gym!
Saturday, April 30th, 2005I know I’m not the only person who finds it difficult to muster up the motivation to hit the gym. Firstly, it’s simply tedious. Secondly, refer back to “Firstly”.
However, just 30 minutes of cardio and a couple hundred crunches later I look like I’ve run the Boston Marathon and I feel fantastic.(Ed note: “crunches” not actual ab-ripping method commonly performed by really fit individuals. Author’s “crunches” are the lazy kind performed on the bench - with the behind-the-head handlebars that make it sorta like sit-ups with training wheels)
